Christopher Anderson set up the practice of Andesons over 40 years ago. Christopher is the appointed solicitor for many major Housing Associations working closely with Local Authorities. Christopher has extensive expertise in land acquisition, development/construction and property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, shared ownership, litigation and employment law.
Peter Coe joined Andersons 30 years ago and deals with all aspects of property work including residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages and commercial transactions. He also deals extensively with wills, probate and estate planning. Peter specialises in equity release work which in todays climate is becoming an ever increasing way of financing retirement
