- Tell us if you have any time limits or if you have a timetable in mind.
- Ask us if you are not sure about anything.
- Give us any instructions or information which we ask you for as quickly as possible.
- Tell us if you will be unavailable (e.g. if you are going on holiday) and when.
- Keep all the relevant papers safe.
- Quote our reference (which will be shown on our letters to you) if you contact us.
- Pay any money we ask for promptly.
