We are authorised by the Law Society to conduct investment business in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Services Act 1986.
Under Law Society rules, if we receive commission from a financial institution, broker or others, we must disclose it and account for it.
If you subsequently cancel an insurance policy and other financial services contract in respect of which commission is payable and as a result we have to refund commission, we reserve the right to render a fee note to you for any commission to be returned.
