- Advising HR departments and business owners on disciplinary problems and grievances
- Conducting litigation, in particular defending employers against tribunal claims
- Managing redundancy programmes – including collective redundancy situations (i.e. where 20 or more employees are to be dismissed within a 90 day period)
- Training and employment updating services. We can run courses for managers and HR professionals at your premises, designed to suit your particular requirements. We have a monthly employment law update which is sent to corporate clients free of charge.
- Setting up employee forums and consultation arrangements
Fees and Charges
We recognise the need to provide a cost effective service and help our corporate clients stay within budget. Our fees are competitive – details are available upon request. However, many of the services we offer can be supplied on a fixed fee basis, or with fees agreed in advance. Where litigation is concerned we provide fee estimate in advance of each stage of a case.
